The health of our employees is very important to us. We offer regular statutory preventive medical check-ups by our company doctor. We support personal health and promote a healthy work-life balance through various measures.
Free water, coffee and tea and a regular supply of fruit are available at all locations.
The FFT Health Week takes place every year, offering healthy food and drink as well as many activities relating to health and well-being, such as advice from a physiotherapist, sports activities, active breaks and much more.
With our regular ‘Cycle to work’ campaign, we encourage our employees to cycle to work. This is not only good for their health, but also for the environment.
Safety in the workplace
The safety of our employees is our top priority. We sensitise our employees to this topic through regular training courses.
We have currently evaluated many work areas according to the latest health and safety aspects and implemented various optimisation measures.
We provide high-quality workwear in the industrial sector for optimum protection and functional equipment as well as hearing protection equipment.

Social Responsibility
We make an important contribution to social sustainability with various donations. Last year, our support went to DKMS to promote stem cell donation as part of our participation in the B2Run. We also donated to a local football club to strengthen community life. Donations were also made to our FFT Christmas campaign, in which our employees were able to decide for themselves which charitable initiatives to support.
This enabled us to specifically promote projects that strengthen health, cohesion and social commitment.
